Staying at the hotel was fantastic with clean rooms offering a breathtaking view of the Black Sea. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially those at the restaurant, making the service top-notch. The location was perfect, away from the noise, with an amazing breakfast and new and biggest hotel in Trabzon. However, the hotel is sometimes affected by annoying flights from the Trabzon airport.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was fantastic with a view of the Black Sea from the 6th floor, but the room had some issues with the broken AC and cleanliness. The service was a bit of a letdown with staff needing to improve their English skills, although some were nice. The dining options were below expectations for a five-star hotel. The facilities were decent, but there were some issues with the rooms.
